History (from the beginning to now; assume we don't know anything about your character, other than what you've already provided above):
Wesley Wyndham-Pryce was born in Manchester, England to a family steeped in Watcher culture. He grew up surrounded by books and mysterious gentlemen, and always knew his destiny was to be Watcher. To that end, he never quite measured up to his father's expecations. As skilled as he was at languages and academic pursuits, his physical and social awkwardness held him back as much as his fear of disappointing authority figures. This has carried over into his adult life, but he is overcoming it. He was first assigned to Faith, which failed miserably. Giles, Buffy, Faith and the others never paid him any attention and any suggestions he made were not even considered. After the Watcher's Council fires him, he follows Angel to LA and styles himself a Rogue Demon Hunter, riding around on a motorcycle dressed in black leather to hunt and kill evil things. He ends up joining Angel Investigations and becoming an integral member of the team.
Talents: Sharpshooting, language and translation, being irritating and right all the time
Strengths: Intellectual prowess, strong for a human, extremely accurate shooter, ability to make tough decisions
Weaknesses: Vulnerable women, logical arguments based on wrong information
Long-Term Goals: Prove himself worthy
Short Term Goals: Prove himself worthy

He finds Giles to be irritatingly high-handed, made worse by the fact that he's always right.
He admires Buffy, if he doesn't completely understand her.
He considers Angel one of his closest friends and heroes, not that he'd ever tell him that. However, he fears Angelus and would fight to the death to put his soul back in...
He finds Spike incredibly annoying but gives him a lot of leeway.
He think Lilah is an agent of evil.
